I bought 4 tins when they first came out. They shoot fine in my Edgun
but not as well in my LW m-rod which I`m using for BR now and for
some strange reason the reg JSB 18.1 shoot better through the
J. Gaska LW barrel go figure?

500 ? That´s a bargain ! I take 10 tins rightaway.

I wonder if everybody before thought it was 250 pellets in tin?! I can delivery more pellets with such quality and for that price.

I bought the Edgun pellets cause i like the look of the tins. I figure the edgun are made by JSB so what can go wrong. The edgun are actually price cheaper as well. Performance wise, for me, its just as good. No problem hitting my targets at 50 yards.

I like the look as well and for that sole reason i´ll order a tin of both 16 & 18 grainers. Whatever the grapewine those are the same pellets going thru the same QC. As are the FX 16gr, Air Arms FT´s etc.,etc.

That is the same “claimed” diameter, but there was some buzz (maybe on the Yellow or BSA R10 forum??) about the red/black JSB tins not having the same QC as previous, with the individual(s) measuring lots of pellets finding considerable variation, and average pellet size smaller than claimed. I don’t know their measuring technique or proficiency with the instruments used, just repeating scuttlebut. But these same individuals claimed that previous batches of JSB’s were closer to the mark. I assume that they used identical techniques to make the recent measurements(??)

Personalle, I’ve got too many other things to do other than measuring zillions of pellets. Just repeating what was reported elsewhere. And I did personally use the EdGun pellets also, and was impressed with their performance, in the R3, BSA R10 Mk2, and the FX 400 Royale.

The correct diam. is – atleast in my gun – 5.52mm. Coincidentally the same diam JSB Exact 16gr & JSB Exact Heavy 18gr. The exact same pellet sold in those nice EdGun tins also in both 16gr. & 18gr. 😉

They are the correct head diameter though. And they did seem more accurate in my other .22 guns as well. Higher QC?? Sizing?? Dunno, but they work.

I´ll buy a tin or two just for that nostalgic look but those are actually just plain JSB Exact Heavy Jumbo 18.1gr pellets.
Those tins will go nicely with the new stock i have my eye on:

Does he sell .25s also?

I only see .177 and .22 listed so I don’t think so. But send him an email just to be sure trudenko@yahoo.com

A pellet by another name should smell, uh, shoot as sweet! 😉

Does he sell .25s also?
