Q:

Cricket At The Ready In Snow Storm

We are having a spring snow storm here in the midwest USA and the Cricket put in some fine duty on seven sparrows (so far today) raiding the feeders. I sneak the door open about 3 inches shoot and close it right back up (no accidents through the glass 😎 ). TV, bathroom, and hot coffee are always near. Although I have two ATVs we generally dont get much snow and this late is unusual. There is 50 lbs of corn for the deer out there under snow, 5 lbs of sunflower seeds and 2 suet blocks for the cardinals and woodpeckers primarily when I can keep the sparrows away. Still waiting for the Vortex scope level and Butler Creek covers for the new scope (Hawke SW 8-32×56 SR Pro glass etched reticle). Its set at 24x an average shot about 40 yards. 🙂 The rabbit mojo to the left of the front of the gun is for an occasional coyote we get coming into the back yard. They kill off the red foxes we like.

My brother lives in Imperial and said he was getting hammered this morning with snow. You live pretty close to him if I remember correctly 😀

We are over 6″ so far which is a bunch for us. North is up to 11″. It drops off pretty fast going south. I would guess at least 4-5 in Imperial.

My brother and mother are in Darlington, WI and you guys have had a bunch of bad weather (or good depending on ones perspective). 🙂
