Flip up lens hoods
How do I determine what size lens hoods I need to buy off of this info I got on my scope

I like the Bikini Covers myself.
I have used flip ups off and on for years and have never been happy with them. The see through covers are better, but can distort your vision.
Being a wussy old fart, if the weather is bad enough that I have to keep my scope covered, I’m going home.
Butler Creek flip up lens caps suck shit!!! Nothing but Cheap Chinese crap.
I have trashed 2 pair… I finally gave up on them..Check this out
These things are pretty slick and protect the whole scope
You have the objective diameter but not the eyepiece. Some scope manufacturers list the eyepiece diameter if you look at the specs on their website…

You’ll need to measure the outside diameter of the objective and eyepiece

I like those! I think I will pick up a few. Gonna get the pink one for my ol lady’s 10/22.
I wonder if leaving them on while in storage will retain moisture? You would think so???
