Also, be advised that when you load or unload a magazine the rifle will automatically go into single shot mode (i believe this occurs when you actuate the magazine retention knob feature of the multipurpose knob which also serves as the single or multishot knob placement) and you have to push the lever forward loading a pellet than at that point you can move the little knob from its rearward single shot position to the forward position (if the rifle is shouldered).

Nope. The manual only includes the basic operation procedure, specs, maintenance, and some other miscellaneous stuff. It is being scanned right now. I’ll post it when it is done.

I have a manual that is in English. I’ll scan it and post for Cricket owners to use as reference.

Wouldn’t happen to have access to an exloded diagram of the Cricket????

Now that would really be a good thing to have on hand.

Sounds like you should have bought a Crosman! 😆 😆 😆

Who needs a manual when you have the TAG!!! 😉

Plus if they would have included a manual it would have been in anything but English. 😯

There are two shot modes the magazine bolt can engage: single and mutishot. For single shot mode, in which the magazine does not cycle, the bolt should be in the first bottom notch it comes across as you slide it forward. For multishot mode, the bolt must be set onto the second bottom notch, which is just in front of the first notch. To set to either mode, the cocking lever must be closed.

I did the same thing when I first got it. Two Crickets near St. Louis!!!

The lever under the cocking knob has to be in the right spot to rotate the mag. It needs to be all the way forward and down.
It helps to get the lever into position by slightly rotating the mag
