Cricket good & bad

Well, my new. standard .22 shoots well enough. This 5 shot group is typical at 25 yards 😀 The trigger is an enigma to me though. The second stage was non existant. All I had was a mushy few ounces of pull then bang. I looked at Hoots post and turned the tiny allen clockwise until I could feel a second stage stop (which is very light) by the way. I’m good with it but now my first stage pull is rough as a cob and “hops and catches” its way to the second stage stop.

Any ideas guys?
