2 days ago I picked up my .177 12 ftlbs Edgun Matador

I’ve had steyrs, anchutz’s, EV2’s, daystates… This thing is a beast and I love it and accuracy wise it is right up there with the best I’ve ever had.

It handles better than any gun I’ve ever had and the stock fits me very well 🙂

But I have 2 little niggles with it and I was wondering if you can help.

1. the trigger, when you pull it, it feels like it has 3 stages. the first stage almost feels like you are taking up the slack in the rod but after that its fine. It’s very predictable and crisp so its not a bad trigger but I am used to very light match triggers… is there anything I can do to sort this? I have adjusted it but I can’t get rid of the ‘first’ of the three stages.

2. When I shoot there is a tiny bit of a ping. I’ve never had this in a gun and would like it gone. Whats the solution here?
