work better in accuracy? Not sure. I’ve always had better luck with the 18.1.

work better in noise? No. You’re still going to have the same amount of air coming out of the barrel.

Changing nothing on the gun the 15’s are going to come out 50fps faster.

Thanks. Dave. 850 fps for 18″ barrel and 900 fps for 24″ barrel.
Condor ss at 850 fps turns to too loud. I’m wondering if jsb 15g pellet works better.

upload some videos when you’ve done long range shoot.

Charlie – 850 is a great spot. I’ve done some slo mo videos with my Talon .22 with the 18″ barrel shooting 18.1 JSB’s and you can see the pellet is verry stable. No wobble, no yawing curve, just straight to target.

However my .22 Condor with the 24″ barrel will stack ’em spitting them out at 900fps. This is the gun that I have the Altaros reg on. Love it 😀 .

I haven’t set my guns up to go balls out on power. 😯 I’ve tried to set them up for a long flat shot string. Just for fun, I did some long range (150 yard) video work this morning with both Talon and Condor. I try to find time to look and see if the pellet trajectory can be seen. 😉

You have a very unique gun then, I would see how fast the reg would set up, then if groups are ok just leave it there.

Hi Dave,

I just got condor ss. I used Altaros reg and shoot 810 pfs with jsb 18.1. I used the tank on 24″ barrel, it got 850 fps.
Do you know what is the best fps for 18″ barrel with jsb 18.1? 850fps? So I can adjust the reg to match the velocity.
I remember you have this kind of setup.

Thanks

.22

Nice video. right on. is it .25?

Sparrows don’t have a chance when your locked and loaded. 😯

This guy was playing hide and go seek with me the other day. Tag – you’re “it”. 😆

Thanks and Happy July 4th.

Backyard limit. But I can shoot house sparrow at 50 yards easily.

One of the reasons these air rifles are so popular is that they can be extremely accurate. With the right pellet and conditions, you should be able to reproduce that group at 50 yards. Nice shooting.
