New cricket today

I just received my .22 cricket today. I love the size and weight compared to my .25 long edgun.

Question for the other cricket owners. I was expecting that when I used the side lever to load a pellet it would advance the magazine, it does not. Is this correct? I have to manually advance the magazine?

LOL, that lever system is sooooo Mickey Mouse in such an expensive gun, still can’t belive it 😯 😯 😯

You pull the lever back (not the cocking lever) to put the magazine in, then you push it forward and then down I think. I don’t have my gun right now to check. Anyway it will index the magazine when you cock the gun.
