Please help trigger problems!
Ok did some dissasembly in preparation of my new hammer coming in and wanted to do the safety mod to allow decoking well now I can’t get the safety to move at all. I removed the pin holding the little toggle that goes into the reciever and trips the safety on and also the one below that. Safety doesn’t budge and no trigger action and suggestions?

You have something out of place. Did you remove the toggle link ? Did you put the pin back in? Also why did you take the bottom pin out? You may have to take the trigger guard off to see what is binding. The safety has a ball and spring at the rear for the detent . Make sure you note where the springs go and how the safety lever rides along the frame.
Just taking the toggle out should not have affected anything else.

Thanks for the reply yes I finally got it two hours and a lot of cussing…I had removed the pin that holds the sear in place and couldn’t get the seat pin in with it off safe. I am not
100% sure but I think I just needed to push the bolt a litte farther into the reciever. After some fiddling with the safety bar I noticed if it was liffted up a little it would slide. I pushed the bolt all the way forward and then it just slid out the back… So everything is back together and working now! Not to mention ready for my new hammer and that should be a quick change out now straight out the back!
