Q:

whats the best way to polish the internal frame of a condor?

What is the best option for polishing the frame where the hammer rides on a condor? As well as what to lube hammer with??
While your at it what works best for polishing bbl where hammer rides?
I am trying to get my condor shooting as consistant as possible. I have a dremel and was thinking some JB bore paste on the bbl or maybe a buffing compound? But not sure with the frame. Gun shoots decent bet I get a few Low shots where fps drops by 100+ FPS

im gonna do this tomorrow. do you lube the hammer? I havnt had a condor in years now. if lube what works best?

Exactly.

Cut a slot in the end of what ever you are going to use so you slide the shirt in and you will have a flapper setup.

I have one setup with 400 Emory cloth to deburr the frame for the bushings

get yourself a dowel or aluminum rod.
Make a way to secure some tee shirt material to it and wrap it around like a q tip.

Apply polish and chuck it up in hand drill.

Turn it on and move it up and down polishing GENTLY because it can and will remove material and all you want is it smooth.
