Blizzard Bull Pup Project

This project has been in motion for over a month now. Today I got word that they finished the Beech stock. I am taking delivery of it Raw as shown. I will finish the sanding and stain it myself. The trigger assembly and other companion pieces are being made this week. The Blizzard has been at the gun smith for over a month. Will Piatt will do a trigger job, tune it, cut the barrel and shroud down and replace the baffle system in the shroud. In my estimation both the stock and gun should arrive at about the same time. These are the pics I received today.

Knots are cool, give caracter,..I would like alot of knots on a wooden stock

I like that knot very much Evanix Pirate. My concern I want the stain to cover the wood filler and not be discolored. Spoke with the owner today said it shouldn’t be a problem. Looking for a nice stain color to use on Beech anyone have suggestions?

3 years a go I do the same Project.

Hope I can stain it with that knot didn’t even think about that until now. I really didn’t want to paint her.

Good looking stock but I personally would not be happy with that knot in the wood. I hope they’re giving you a discount.

That is some good looking wood! 😀

The stock is ready to ship from guntuning.com. I got the latest pictures today. Should leave from Poland tomorrow.
