Q:

3D Printing airguns and regulators

Is it possible in the near future?

The air reservoir will still be in aluminun or steel, and barrels in steel or brass… but perhaps the rest can be “printed”. All we would need will be the CAD file, and waiting times of months will be slashed.

What if?

I highly doubt it will happen, plastics used in 3D printing is very soft and very rough.

Accessories such wheels, hamsters, trigger blades, butt hooks, pellet holders, magazines could all be made….

regulators, nope! the resolution is just not there to form a seal that a reg needs, and I doubt a plastic part could stand 120 bar of pressure that a reg piston withstands.
