Gauge model number
Does anybody know the model number for the gauge on the cricket or edgun…I’m assuming they use the same thread size or the same gauge in general….I called wika to try and order one but he’s having a hard time finding the gauge without. Model number.
Closest I came was this one but obviously not the right readouts.

250bar or 315bar ?
I have the Shoebox 4500 chain and paid $550. It works well but I can get a used Bauer JR II electric for about $2k locally rather than spend over $1100 for a Freedom and the Bauer is so much faster (by over 5 fold). I have rebuilt mine only once in about 20 months after 75 hours use (if you keep it cool with a fan and minimize the lithium grease lube on the pistons it goes a lot farther in hours). I have maybe 25 hours on the rebuild (which takes about an hour to do and is really simple). Its more than enough air unless you shoot big bores a lot. A typically shooter could share one with someone else if you lived close enough. After adjusting the input compressor It takes about 2 hours to top off a 44 cu ft. tank from 2800 to 4500 PSI. That is getting about 3/4 the way to the Freedom speed which is supposed to be twice as fast as the originals.
If you shoot regularly, to go from a good hand pump to a Shoebox is a no-brainer. I had a hand pump for two weeks and they suck. Its not that much more money.
HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!! SECODA YOU TOOK AIRGUNNING TO ANOTHER LEVEL. Thought my wife was understanding,Dude you could open your own shop. Is your shoe box an older one or the freedom8? thinking of getting one not sure which model to get, have you had any problems?
I got the price today. It´ll be around 40$ + shipping to US. I need to check the shipping price tomorrow.
Well plus the $4k in scopes and sights and your getting closer. I know exactly because my airguns are covered under my homeowners policy but my powder burners are not and needed a rider. 🙂
No info on the gauge… But, that bed room LOL! I cant even have a single air rifle in the open without it being pad locked up in a travel gun case more less having $10,000 of stuff in our bed room.
My wife has a conceal carry permit and outshot me at our last practice. I try not to piss her off too often. 😯
My wife flips the fuck out if I rest my gun on the coffee table…even the the bipod feet are rubber and no damage is done…lol

I think the guy has a serious problem… 🙄
Not enough room for his guns… LOL :thumb:

There you go again … Go metric,my friend. Don´t go either but run,Forrest, RUN !!
Seriously – They´re the same between Cricket&EdGun – regardless the Imperial sizing.
Is that a standard 7/16ths unified (UNF) male thread or 1/8th BSP or NPT?
Yep. They both have same threads/gauge. Even the gayish Rainbow gauge is made by Wika. I think it´s far easier/cheaper for you guys to order those spare gauges from Tony Montana directly. If he has some i mean.
Would they gauge work on a cricket also? Same threads?
lol – yes that is temporary relocation while the vault is being completed. The steel wall is attached to the concrete foundation with 1-1/4″ hardened bolts that go completely through and it got a bit dusty down there. Did you see that 3′ blue air dryer sitting against the wall behind the folding chair? There is also a Shoebox direct to airgun hose/gauge assembly hung over the gun cabinet. lol. I normally fill two SCBA tanks.
That bedroom is 15×20 but it sure doesn’t look like it packed with junk.
