Pressure Limiting Valve

Dear friends,

I am in search of a Pressure Limiting Valve with the following specs:

-1/4″ or 1/8″ NPT
-input 5,000 PSI (or higher)
-output set range 1,000-3,000 psi

To be connected to the high pressure output of the Shoebox in order to fill 3K PSI scba tanks (allowing, however, the automatic pressure cutout to operate as set at 4500psi).

Where do I find to buy? Preferably, that ships outside USA.
