Q:

.25 conversion help

Ok wanting to take my condor SS .22 up to a .25 for no other reason than its not getting shot as a .22 the new Edgun filled that role too well so the condor either has to go or get some upgrades. It currently has a Tony’s shroud and hammer a mad dog stock with hawk 4-16 on top. So am I righ in thinking all I need is to drop a 18″ .25 barrel in her? I also want to regulate it what’s my best option financialy cause if this project gets much more expensive ill just sell her to fund an edgun .25… I a, thinking of just ordering a jds reg at 2400 and throwing that in the tank and using my co2 adapter. Any thoughts?

I have aonepiecetop hat on my tank now with the smallest insert trying to keep jsb 18’s under 900 still can only fill to 2500psi though to keep the velocity down. I looked at the etac but they say order a jds also to go with the etac…kinda confused there….

Where are you on the power wheel with these number?

the only regulator with a chamber I could get at this time is the altaros. Also it seemed to be the only way the maddog ultima stock would fit.

google marimotmalitia for an etacreg, get a 2500psi

Cheapiest way to do this. 18″ .25 caliber LW barrel. Instead of buying a regulator I bought the TT one piece Top Hat it offers many things one increased Power if I wanted that. Two it also decreased the power when I wanted as well and noticably increased my shot count when I used the inserts.

Several here have had good luck with the Altros Reg. And it doesn’t require an adapter.

I understand that the fellow who makes the JDS is working on the same thing prestently. 😉
