Hi Ernest,

Do you have the measurement of the reg. washer? like OD, ID and thickness?

any source we can buy it just in case we need to replace some or use stainless washers.

Thanks

Keep in mind, the length of the adjusting knob my vary in length, at times there is an extra disk in the regulator that will increases the reg pressure, this was the case in this reg I removed the extra disk that wasn’t needed to produce 890fps. when I tune a .25 to 68fpe I add an extra disk. Caliper reading is only a reference point when changing orings or adjusting the bar, but the disk stack can be rearrange to produce a higher/lower speed/bar with the same 52.9mm setting

I saw setting of the regulation to 115bar? It was plan set it only 115bar for some down tuning?

One interesting thing… My regulator see photo:

is probably set to 125bar from factory (written on regulator) I have measured it and my is 52,9mm and Ernest start 53mm with 70bars??

Nice little rig! Not only is it efficient, it’s much quicker… Great job! Thanks for the info on Bar/fps!

Very Nice!!!!!!!!

Actually that kind of looks like fun. Having the right equipment and skills always makes the job a lot easier.

Question Ernest – so do you kind of center the spring tension wise and then set the regulator as close as possible to the desired velocity? How do you know how to tension the spring to start? If the regulator runs out of range then you might change the spring? I see the challenge with the 30 cal Cricket.

I’ll take one! Thanks for sharing. It’s comforting to know if the need arises I know a person who can fix and tune my Cricket
