JSB Kings verses JSB Monsters
Both weighting in @ 25.4 grain = in mass but not in calibers.
Looking to get a 18″ 22 cal barrel also. Witch performs better in accuracy using a Condor SS with a 25 cal 18″ barrel using Kings or Condor SS with a 18 ” 22 cal barrel using Monsters ?
Will JSB come up with 25 cal Monster in the future ?

I don’t believe they ever made “kings” for .22 but I could be wrong? All I’m saying is that the .22 jsb Monsters never shot well past 40 yards in any of my .22 guns. Talons, condors, Benjamin etc. They grouped like a shotgun at 100 yards +. Same gun with jsb 18s will group 1 to 2″ most of the time at that range. Kings being .25 only get shot out of my condor. That gun shoots like a dream at 100 yards. I just took a gray squirrel yesterday at 112 yards and he dropped where he stood lights out.
I hope someone else has had luck with monsters because I have not.

Kings in 25 only your not wrong, I see my error. I’ll keep my Condor in 25 cal and I’ll put the 22 cal barrel for it on hold for now. Thanks man for the Info.

Yes for my Talon 22 cal, but not shure to buy 22 LW barrel for Condor 25 cal yet. Reading all response to this post to get users experience(s) with.

I have both as well and have never got monsters to shoot respectively past 40 yards! Monsters go into a spiral exponentially with all my setups. Believe me, I wanted them to work in the worst way and tried many different configurations. Now king’s on the other hand…Let’s just say they Rule the land in my kingdom. I have the upmost confidence in my Condor 18″. It’s a frigging squirrel slayer with JSB kings. :8:

Ah, well at 35 yards a lot of pellets give ok results…. So if you’re happy with the Monsters then you have answered your own question.
My answer was based on longer range, 70-100 yards. Sorts the Man pellets from the Boy pellets at those ranges….. 😆
I see, I got very accurate results with the Monster in my Talon SS 22 cal LW barrel one hole @ 35 yards as well JSB 18 & 16 gr. My FX Revo 22 cal ST barrel like it also, but the ST barrel seems to like almost everything I feed it.

I’ve shot both pellets in BSA and LW barrels and the Kings in .25 always outdid the monsters in .22 In fact I’ve never had much luck with the Monsters in any barrel.

Okay you guys come on man 😳 , is this some kind of initiation or what, lol. My home range is limited to 35 yards, it’s used for zero in and crony work and etc. Hunting varmints at friends farm up to 200 yards of hunting range. We usually hunt at about 70-100 yards or so. The Condor SS 25 cal is new just got it about a week ago, need to crony but the grouping has improved very fast compared to my Talon SS 22 cal.
