No i think you have the description correct. I figured that was probably the reason for the price difference. When i order one i want the one that has the inserts so i was making sure i would order it correctly. Thanks for clearing it up.

The old Top Hat was a one piece high flow valve.
The new top hats have even better air flow and are internally threaded to add the included two air
restrictors for true power adjustment.
Is there something in the site’s description of the QCTH that does not convey this?
I am only asking to see if I have to change anything.

Ah i see now 
tony i have a quick question. On the old site i thought the price for the tophat was listed at $35. Did i read that wrong or was there a difference between that one on the old site and the one listed at $75?

As far as logging into your paypal account ya I do know that but usually it provides and invoice to pay for and give an address to. When I tried it it just opened up the basic pay pal log in screen and when I logged in it went to my account and there was no invoice or anything else it was just as if I had went to the paypal site and endered my name and pw :).
and I will be glad to give a review when the product arrives so hurry and ship it LOL.

Thats how every site i have used to pay with pay pal works. If you dont go sign in how would they verify the buyer is that account holder?
The pay with paypal on your cart does not seem to work for me it only takes me to the paypal page to log in so I had to use my cc for this order lol

Just a suggestion
Maybe have a link to the TAAA .25 condor or Custom gunsmith services.
I know its not really a buy it now option but needs advertised non the less.
