New Toys…
Picked up a box of AF stuff off the Yellow a while back and had enough in there to build up a couple guns.
Top is a TalonSS with some bits on it. Got it running around the 760fps mark with 14.3’s for a good number of shots. Accuracy is great with the cheapie Crosman HP’s so that’s what I’ll use in it.
Bottom is a Talon Arrow gun. I had the Tagdagger kit with some valve mods, and a frame…but no tank. Took a spare Micrometer tank and stole a valve from a CO2 adapter, added the valve mod parts, slapped a heavy spring and hammer in it and good to go. Used a spare AF buttplate to fix the quiver to it. Because I still have the stock breech and breech knob, I have the power all the way down for now. Still…. giving me over 300fps with the arrows. Not too shabby.

Tagdagger here on the forum may be… I’m not sure. I know he stopped for a while due to a safety issue with the shitty AF safeties, but may be doing them again… would have to check with him. Seems I saw a post on it not long ago.

My face isnt made for video unfortunately….haha… I did do a short vid on it some time back when I first got the kit, was in my other Condor. Aiirow Condor and you can find it. Tagdagger has some awesome videos on the kits though on Youtube.

Took a shot at a chipmunk with it the other day…. 😈 Missed him though. Still need to fine tune the sight in on it.
Going to have to turn this thing into a side cocker at some point though. That factory breech knob just isnt going to handle that big spring for much longer. I’ve got the PW turned all the way down.
