If it attaches with grub screw, NO. If threaded and you get caulght, It will be too late. 200. won’t touch the fine.Your choice. I could care less.

I’m glad you could care less. But please stop trying to scare people. Neil Clague has been skating on thin ice for YEARS huh? Total BS. He knows he’s completely within the law. Can’t wait to receive my two piece shroud with a THREADED SILENCER. You hear that ATF, come and get me! No worries here, I got the US Supreme Court on my side.

I have a Neil Clague shrould + SILENCER coming. Do you think I’m going to pay the govment $200?

If it can be screwed off and on and put on a PB without modification, it is classified as a silencer. Read the damned LAW!!! N. Clague has been skating on thin ice for years!

Yes, they are legal on AG. But must be made in a way that they cannot be used on a powder powdered gun without modification. There is no grey area here. An No exceptions.

All this info is on here already. Yes I have read it. Hell, I wrote a LOT of it!

WOK and I both did a lot of research in this area in the past. A good bit of info on the other forums is plain bull shit. And Neil well knows it! This is why his LDC are held on by what the Euro’s call a Grub screw, and we call a SET screw. Once it has threads for removal and placement on a barrel with no adapter required, it is illegal in the US. Or Controlled.

Yes, the HW and others from Europe have threads. That is perfectly legal there. This isn’t Europe!

Do you need case study? We have those here as well.

And that is where it crosses the line here in the U.S., making it a controlled device requiring a federal stamp at 200. usda. OOP’S! DO NOT use a threaded removable LDC in the US without the stamp! PERIOD

Sorry but your’re wrong. This has already been discussed and they are stickies here that said the Supreme Court ruled an airgun silencer is 100% ok. I wouldn’t worry, otherwise Neil Clague wouldn’t be able to sell his silencers.

And that is where it crosses the line here in the U.S., making it a controlled device requiring a federal stamp at 200. usda. OOP’S! DO NOT use a threaded removable LDC in the US without the Back-Ground investigation and Federal Stamp! PERIOD. Unless you just want to go to prison for the Free room, food and man sex.! 😯

Giving advice here that could land someone is prison is a combination of ignorance and irresponsibility. Or loosly translated for the younger croud here, just fuck’n stupid and could end up makeing you some bodys BITCH!!!!

Oh Hell NO!!! 😯 😯

I think if you have Talon with 18″ barrel, you might has well have the barrel threaded and use the 1/2×20 UNF silencer.

I wish one of our machinists would start producing these. Take a new talon ss with sound loc. later when we add an 18″ barrel, we could buy the empty shroud and part that connects factory shroud with new shroud, then install soundloc baffles. Will save money and be easy to do when swapping barrels.

Sent you a PM a while back regarding your setup on this. Did you get it? I’d like to get some info from ya.

The results: Is a very quiet gun, and accuracy is good.
