My property is pretty open…but the deer tend to stay along the furthest point of my yard closest to the treeline…
But the rabbits want to hop just feet around my house…normally there are tons of them on my front lawn, which at times I’ve had people tell me your the guy who owns the house with all the lawn rabbits….like I’d buy a bunch of fake rabbits to place in front of my house for decorations….(in all honesty I do want the travelocity gnome)
So I guess there in some sort of hibernation because I can’t find them at dusk or dawn. But I’ll keep :Fishing Hole:
The war continued today after a light snow with one attacking squirrel and three sparrows. The overwhelming firepower of the 30 cal has proven itself beyond any doubt. Speaking of tracks – the deer stomp every other track in my backyard so I almost never see the rabbit’s tracks. 🙄
Be careful so they don´t gather and turn against you, a´la Coda and his Posse of rabiat Squirrels. 😯
Yea I can’t wait till the spring so I can bring these puppies outside and shoot all day long….right now I bring out the cricket for hunting around my property….I see tons of rabbit tracks but not one in sight….and it’s pissing me off….it’s like their taunting me.
Shit…soon as my gun hits that cold air outside I drop about 10-15 bar without taking a shot.
