Super sear
I installed the super sear but it doesn’t like to reset if I let off of first stage without shooting… I’ve tried adjusting
It but to no avail… What might cause this ? Anyone have this happen. ? Beginning to think this super sear ain’t what it’s cracked up to be .

Thanks Doug… I agree a lot better trigger. I pulled it all apart polished up some areas, Lubed up with some Honda moly 60. and now it seems better. Was thinking of pulling out the insert from the TH and seeing If i can keep my PW lower and still keep it at 880-890 spread. That might do the trick. Gonna use it and see if it may wear in…
I have had the same problem also on all my hi power installs. You have re cock like said above. For mine I think it’s the heavy hammer springs. I put one together the other day just to test a setup and straight out of the bag it worked perfect. But I was shooting with stock spring and 0 preload.
Even my .25 with stock spring won’t return but I played with the screws so much I like the way it works and I’m use to my other guns already.
To me it makes it a way better trigger even if it doesn’t reset.
Try re-cocking the gun.

Yeah, this is the case with a LOT of fine (Light), triggers from many different makes. So not really unusual. Simply reach forward and push the cocking knob forward until it clicks. No need to un-cock and re-cock. 😉
