Q:

carbon fiber tank suggestions

Hello everyone,
I am new to the forum. I am getting my first pcp air rifle soon which is a condor. I need a recommendation on a carbon fiber fill tank. I am looking at the Air Venturi Carbon Fiber Air Tank & Fill Station, 4500 PSI, 90 Cu In or the Zebra DNA Ninja 4500 PSI Carbon Fiber 90ci Air Tank & Fill Station for PCP. They both run about $300 new. Can anyone recommend one over the other? Is there a cheaper option. Can i use a carbon fiber paintball tank, they run between $50 -$100 on craigslist. Thanks
btw how many refills should i get off of one of these tanks?

Make sure you have an affordable convenient place that will give you 4500psi fills. Some shops only do 3000. As for used tanks I bought a good one off ebay with 5 years left on the tank life and picked up the fill gauge/connector from Joe. If you call him he may have some used ones on hand. I also bought a Luxfer 106 from R&L Airguns complete with hose, gauge etc for under $600. It holds 106cu ft and holds 4350psi and stands up like a scuba tank. Only draw back is it weighs over 35#

Before I drop 7-8 hundred more on a new hobby anybody got a used tank for sale?

I think when everything is said and done buy a guppy from Joe and a freedom 8 compressor. Long story short

make sure to mention that you were referred by TAG and you should get the best price available

Thanks for the replys. It looks like air tank for sale is the way to go. I guess I didn’t realize tanks were so pricey.

check out airhog.com or airtanksforsale.com

I personally have the air hog 88cf tank which is great
But if you want smaller tank I think the airtanksforsale Guppy is the way to go.
