Everybody gets teased on this forum. Here is my favorite description of Picatinny vs. Weaver. I am a big Brownells/Sinclair International guy.

I am like that too on my varmint PBs shooting 500+ yards at prairie dogs but not so much on these airguns at range most frequently under 75 yards. Just be sure to mount a scope level.

True, the med. is a little low but I didn’t want the scope no higher than necessary. Most people do seem to prefer the high rings for the bugs. That will be a matter of seeing what works for you.

Burris is a bit weird regarding ring heights. I think their Medium is like everyone elses Low. Never mind the height though – if it feels right for you with Medium then shoot and forget. Very good rings nevertheless. The ring height is a very personal choice.
Some like to hunch over the gun, some are neutral and some, like myself, keep their head up pretty straight. Most hunters i know do the hunching and many BR shooters i know choose higher mounts.

Here is a pic of the packaging with the model number of the med. height rings.

I agree with sir ville 100%, I have all three of the rings he mentioned. The main reason I like the Burris sig. Z rings you can order the insert kit, it has all different size inserts, this allows for easy shimming of the scope. I found on both my bugs, by using the 0 degree insert that comes with the rings in the front ( muzzle end of the scope) and the 10 insert ( have to order seperatly) in the rear ring, this gives the best adjustment of the scope elevation. With this set up my scopes were almost perfect on elevation, only had to adjust elevation a few clicks to have zeroed in at 40 yards. Also the Burris rings are alot lighter than the warne rings which are heavy.

I used Burris sign. Med rings with the inserts on both of my crickets.

Burris Sig Zee´s = very good rings with Polymere inserts
Warne Maxima = very good after you lap them
UTG etc. = more than good enough for any PCP but even if used only on a PCP i´d still lap them.

Thank u very much

High or X-High is the choice of 99% of the owners of these guns.

Just realized I had put high rings on. I would recommend the highs.

Yes on both but the mediums will be awfully low.
