That is not the guy he killed. He actually testified in THAT guys case as he only wounded him.
From what he told the reporter, I thought he killed him too….. He says he opened up the guys skull or something like that… but nope.. he was held back by other witnesses from completing the job it appears.
He is accused of killing a 73 year old lawyer in NJ though…

Woah! So he whips out his trusty hatchet, offs a fellow loonie, and the cops pat him on the back and send him on his way? Personally, I see that as the proper way of things, but cops usually take exception to even justifiable ax murders. Maybe nobody was willing to transport him to somewhere he could be hosed off before questioning.
I wonder what the bleeped-for-public-broadcast version of that interview sounds like. I also wonder if the reporter quit and started delivering pizza for a living after that interview.

Later on he was arressted for killing a guy who picked him up and tried to fuck him…so he smashed that guy and went to jail

Okay. That makes more sense. I jumped to the conclusion that an ax to the head was terminal. I’d think such a thing would be a bit final, but I’ve never had an opportunity to experiment.
