13ci HPA paintball tanks

If this has been discussed I searched wrong, please point me.
13ci Paintball tanks are regulated and adjustable pressure. The normal is 800-850 to replace CO2.
Does anyone know how adjustable the output pressure is?
Do the paintball 13ci buttstocks fit on the TalonP tank?
Has anyone tried one of these as a PCP version of CO2 with a TalonP?

I have a 3000 PSi regulated to 1100 PSI 13 ci. I use it on my Drozd. I ordered it that way from I believe Ninja.

If you check the Drozd site and look under air supply, it will give you an idea how far they regulate them.
