burris one piece qd mount

could someone tell me if a sidewheel gets in the way of the qd release lever on the burris one pice mount? How about on the non qd mount are the screws or bolts still accessible? Currently have a 3.5 in sidewheel on my NIkko.

I forgot to mention that it is a forward mount and I wasn’t sure if the screws could be switched to other side. I cant just flip it, but if the screws can be changed to work on other si

i just put the screws/latches on the opposite side of the wheel
