Matador dove hunt
Went out after work to catch some doves but after some time didn’t hear any….so I decided to head back home when “hooo…hooo” heard one….when I look he’s perched right on the top of my house…
So I take my shot and BAM…I hit him hard….I didn’t know how hard until I went to the back of my house to get him and this is what I saw…

I haven’t shot my matador in about 2 months and didn’t remember what I sighted the rifle in for…this Winter I was shooting a lot in my basement which is only 10yrd in length, so when I took my shot with the matador the pellet flew over the doves head.
But I was able to see what mil the pellet was at when It flew over so luckily the dove didn’t move and gave me a chance for a second shot which I just compensated and held over and the pics show the results.
