Cricket .22 Compact shooting 40fpe
Tune this for Mike, With new mods got her shooting JSB monster 25.4g around 860fps with 30 shots ES at 8fps. Kings at 950fps. for a short 15 .5″ barrel that’s excellent, Have you seen a .22 AG with that much power fit in a 28″ tennis bag—-> I haven’t TILL NOW
I’ll post photo tomorrow–vary different color dark stain walnut.

hey sirville how does the Factory cricket shroud come apart?
Id like to take mine and change it for a CF tube
Hmmm … I have a spare .25 barrel for my .25. Now iยดm thinking of cutting it some and mix & match with the Airtube from my Compact .177 , along with the stock, attach the RAI on the Airtube (it makes the AT 68mm longer) for increased reg volume/power and have the spare barrel cut at right length plus a CF shroud. That would make a Cricket .25 Semi Compact / Shorty/Something. ๐ ๐
132 bar …. That is a nice setup…
Yes it’s a cricket standard stock! It’s one of the best looking stock I have seen on a cricket I got the other two.
Reg set at at 1950 psi, have to look it up but I think around 140b.
mod #1 is to machine down the rod from 3mm to 2mm between the valve body to the end of transfer port, the Edgun is 2mm. Mod #2 angle ported between valve body to transfer port.
mod #3, transfer port on the barrel has need enlarge to the same spec as the .25 cal.
Other mods, is L1C
100% Envy, wish mine was that long so I could adjust by hand.
That sounds like “adjuster envy” to me. ๐
Donny I think that’s one of them knurled nobs. So that u can turn it with ya fingers
Ernest,
that is a great performance for such a small toy,,, with that short barrel,,,this is great,,, for what pressure did you set the regulator?
i guess 150 bar .,,, don’t know just my poor guess ,,,
That’s a big HST adjuster! I don’t think that whole thing can be screwed in can it?
That is a factory cricket stock I take it… That is a nice lookin piece of wood!!!
I’ll post photo tomorrow–vary different color dark stain walnut. For me I rather shoot the 18.1g and accurate at that speed. noticeable recoil at this power and leaning how to handle it will improve the accuracy. some how its kind of add more fun factor in how it feels when shot.
Ernest, I’d be curious about accuracy with the monsters. Usually, that style of pellet needs to be going a lot faster to be accurate. You never know…
That sounds great…… Sounds like the power is there on these compacts…. and still a decent shot count.
thats a ton of power for a small pkg.
Id like mine to drive the 18.1’s at around 910 or so….
I sent you an email.

It comes apart with excessive force but will not go back together again … Forget that mission – buy a complete CF shroud instead.
