Q:

Fallbrook shoot

Got a chance to do some shooting with Al and Renval yesterday (first time meeting Ren, GREAT guy. Al is just OK 😉 ) Sadly the weather and wind we’ve been having kept most of the ground squirrels under ground but wasn’t a bad day. Ren had got a rabbit at 134 yds (lasered) with his Cricket .25 and Al and I each got a ground squirrel at 127 yds, Al with his custom Cricket .30 and me with my Cricket .25 these were the furthest confirmed kills of the day. Most of our other shots ranged from 80 to 110 yds. Ren also brought his EdGun .30 and a AirForce Condor .25 with a TT shroud, but for most of the day it was the Crickets day to play. Hopefully soon me and Al will head up to one of Rens shooting spot for some over night camping/shooting fun. Sadly I didn’t think to take any pics till Ren mentioned it at the end of the day but heres the one I took after we packed up to head out and one Al sent me last night. Hopefully Ren and Al will add any they took.

We had a blast! It was nice to put a face on the names and finally meet you guys.
This place is awesome, sniping squirrels and rabbits from the top of the hill, calling and spotting the shots, hit and miss,is priceless! I don’t get that kinda of assistance when I’m hunting, definitely a great experience.
Here are a few pics I took from the outing.

Matt and Al shooting a few squeaks across the hill

Spotting, ranging and confirming hit, that was the game that day!

This one was the best location on the hill

The mighty Crickets in action!!!

Its a great place to shoot when the weather cooperates, it provides lots of LOOOOOOONG range opportunities and no one to complain.

Very nice gentleman. Looks like a great place to shoot.
