Tnx cab,

I’ve placed a Huma regulator in the 12 fp/e Scorpion . For the best result I had to enlarge the transfer port ( standard 2,3 mil ) to Fac diameter, because there is n further need to restrict the airflow in the port. All the regulation is done bij the Huma now….and the hammer spring. Meanwhile I enlarged the port to 4 mm ( where your info is 3.8 mm )

I’m still tuning but I get 60 shots from ( 210 bar pressure ) 800fp/s with HNN Baracuda 10.65 gr = +/- 15 fp/e …that is what I wanted . So far so good. The pressure in the chamber is now 100 bar

Do you also happen to know the sizes of the o rings they use in the Scorpion ? If you buy a set there asking about 10 times the price..

Tnx,

Jacques

I’ve only been able to find info about the FAC .22, but it should get you around the ballpark:

SAE:
Inner Diameter: .153″
Overall Length: .660″

Metric:
Inner Diameter: 3.886 mm
Overall Length: 16.76 mm

Not sure if these would be the same, I would assume that the I.D. would be a bit smaller for the .177 FAC, but it shouldn’t affect the OAL… Hope this helps
