cricket stock hate bull dog
where can I get a decent stock for the cricket?these stocks seem to be made for lumber jacks :angrymob: no it’s just me not really liking the bull dog need something else.any ideas would be welcome.mine is a 25 and stock feels short and stocky 😥

LP Gunstocks in Poland makes Stocks for Crickets. Lukaz Parsley ( the owner) makes really nice stocks for just about everything.

My WST was also equipped with a longer stock than a STD length WST – as are/ were every .25 sold in Europe. The only place i’ve ever seen these .25’s with a STD short stock is in US. That makes me wonder ….
Like said there’s no more WST .25’s sold so this is the only version those .25’s come for now. And the US importers can’t fit them with STD length stocks anymore since the new version has a different scope bridge and i don’t think it fits into a stock made for that “old” bridge.
I love the new .25! It shoots really,really well and after i reduced the reg output down to around 115 B it shoots at very steady 275 mps and i get a minimum of 55 shots without any change in POI.
The new reg is set at 125 B at the factory but like that the gun was capable of far over 300 mps so after some consulting with Mr Cricket ( Ernest) i decided to reduce the output some to get it down to a more humane level. I’ll reduce it some more ( to around 110 B ) to get it to max at that 275 mps and then i’m satisfied.
The next one going under the knife is my .177. It also shoots pretty hot – in fact so much so that i need to back the WWAG HST adjuster all the way out to get it down to 275-280 mps.
They do come out shooting pretty hot these days…

KG discontinued that stock in favor for new, long wooden WB (Bulldog) stock. It looks like this:
Not as light as my WST stocked .25 was but lighter than a PLB (Plastic BD) stock. Quite a lot so.
First time I’ve seen a pic of this new longer stock. Definitely looks more proportional on your .25 but how much longer is your .25 long vs the .25 standard? It almost looks like you’re fishing instead of hunting.
With $200-$300 a piece, its a market must!

I have a skeleton for my 22 coming tomorrow.
They do not make the longer skeleton anymore. Its one size that fits both the 22 and the 25.
I was hoping to get the longer stock so it can have more space for the bipod and hand when doing unsupported shots. But looking at the positive side, the shorter skeleton is even lighter 🙂
Now I just need a good light replacement for the AEON and HAWKE to drop another 0.5-1 lb from the gun total weight!
