Q:

Magnet

When I placed a magazine in the holde of my new cricket, the magnet fell out. I placed the magnet back into the slot but would fall out each time I opened the mag holder. This occurred again when I tried a different mag compartment. Has anyone else experience this defect? I haven’t tried to glue them back in their slots yet. I read somewhere that one cricket owner taped his mag holders to keep them from springing open.

Zonk,

Had the same issue about a month, and just used crazy glue and never came back out. Just do it quick, first time i was trying to get it just right and it stuck to my fingers before it held in place in the holder.

Maybe they just like you……………… :biggrinn:

Hi Jimmiez, I have fixed that problem completely ! I machine the mag holders and install MUCH stronger magnets, shim each holder to actually hold and installed a guard on Lh side to prevent bumping it open.

Maybe that’s why they popped out :butkick: lol just messing with you.

Those magnets didn’t show sign of having glue on them thanks for the suggestion.

Yep I had the same problem and I used silicone glue. Make sure you leave mag holder open over night so glue dries. If not the magnet will pull the other out of it’s hole……how do I know………….. :suprisedn:

Knock on wood, my magnets haven’t popped out yet but I have seen them on others. Easy solution is to super glue them back in.
