Q:

cricket rifle 25 cal

I am new to this forum so i am trying to learn how to post photos. I think I my have it.
I have a new cricket rifle not a bull pup. Any one here have a regular type of rifle. How should I refer to
It. Cricket rifle or cricket traditional style rifle.
Everything I read here is on bull pups. Anyway I have had this gun for three weeks. The more I shoot it the
Better I like it. I never thought I would spend that much on a pellet gun.
This thing will shoot. At 53 yards it can shoot a 12 shot clip that you can cover with a dime. If I am having a good day.
I tried some group’s at a 100 we’ll my range finder said 99. The wind was from my right. It did make
My shots move left. It did not make much difference at 50. I used chairgun to find what mill dot to use.
It was dead on. I am going to try to add photos of my 53 yard group and 99yard group.

The 99 yard group is the metal target. I included the chair gun retical I used..
I tried some more 100 yard groups this morning not so good the wind was gusting at 10 to 20.

Damn that rifle looks good. I sold all my rifles and jumped on the bullpup wagon. I love the bullpups but this gun makes me want a rifle again. I wonder if the .25 rifle and .25 bullpup have the same breech and air tube.. the skeleton stock looks comfortable. The hand grip on my skeleton bp stock feels real good in my hand.

Welcome and congrats on a nice purchase. IIRC the rifle is referred to as a “Cricket Carbine” Seems your is shooting very nicely. Have you put it over a chrony to see what speed it’s at ?

Thanks rearsprocket:
I have shot it Across my crony. It started at 915 average. I cranked it up to 955 average. It shoots
Well at that speed. I have been filling to 260 bar. I am getting 42 shots before it drops off.
The gun has 300 bar on the side of it but the book that came with it said 250 bar.

very nice group. I have not seen many groups from Cricket rifle. I’d like to see the pics of your .25 rifle at your convenience.

My carbine .25 is shooting 25.39 gr at 990 fps for 55 fpe… Pretty hot.
