New Cricket Main Tube O-ring size?
I noticed on my newer .25 BP that the main tube o-ring size has been increase from the original 24×3, does anyone know what the new larger size is? 24.5×3 or 25×3 ? Thanks

That makes a lot of sense now since it seemed like one of the reg’s orings was fatter than the other and the fill cap had the over sized oring. I’m wondering if I should go back in and replace all of them with the standard size, since I left one over sized on the reg. Kind of strange using two different sized orings on the reg though ? but I saw it with my own eyes LOL. I ordered some Buna 70 duro 3.1×24.4 orings but I’m not sure I want to use them, I’ve had no problems with the standard sized ones in both the .22 & .25. Thanks Ernest
The factory are installing D90 3.1 X 24.4mm on the fill cap and on the HP side of the reg, I ended replacing them because when you remove them they get damage–they are so tight so when you unscrew the fill cap the oring rollover and split open, and on the reg some time I used a threaded puller to get the reg out and the oring looks so deformed.
also have a lot of D90 3.1 X 24.4mm leak, I think they are so hard and over size they get damage during installation.
These are black, so I guess you installed them and the factory is using them now to ? or are you only using the over sized 3.1 x 24.4 orings for the over sized tubes ?
I been installing them in a full tune, I replace all the oring in the air tube, also installed 3mm X 24mm brown color viton Duro75 oring floating around,I’m out of those color but now in black color viton—if I get a leaker I install the Viton oring they have a larger OD then D70 3 X 24mm orings.
Ernest one more question, I got this .25 from Steve last year did you install these over sized o-rings or is the factory installing them now as well ?
Been testing a lot of oring size and 3.1 X 24.4mm fit the best ang larger you have to press it in with vice and will results in a cut oring when sliding over the lip of the oring sealing surface.

My cricket 25 has a serial # in the 800s so its an older one, my oring size is 24×3 right?

B70 3.1mm X 24.4mm will work just fine, but not the hard B90
