Q:

Delrin Valve

I have a fully tuned Condor from Tony. Its leaking out the top of the valve steam/ top hat. I have taken the brass base out of the tank and ended up replacing that O Ring. Still leaking. I think I need a new Delrin Valve. Dose this sound correct?

If so do I get it through Tony ?

Nope, top hat is the top hat, and the brass base is the brass base. LOL!!! But it sounds like you figured it out! 😉

OK I got it… it came to me n the middle of the night. All I need to do is smooth out the Delrin seat for a good fit……

Sorry about this but…..
When you say stem and seal are you talking about the top hat and the brass base?
The air is leaking out of the top of the top hat. I remove the top hat and the air still comes out of the center of the brass base.

Sorry new to working on this gun… Its worked great!

Take the stem and seal out of the tank. Place the seal back on the stem. Put it into a drill and turn it while lightly touching the mating surface with say, 400 wet dry paper. This will recondition the surface, and give a good seal.
