Q:

Cricket 177 is out of the running (maybe)

I got a few of my springer’s out , Frist was the FWB 124 missed three birds with it, Way out of practice with the springer, Next my Super max 1000 with my home made shroud, I started fumbling with the 177 pellets dropped a few and had a hard time loading. Even my P17 Pistols (that I just love) I have a hard time with the small 177 pellet…..
So no more 177 Cal pellet guns , 22, 25 and maybe 30 cal if the Cricket comes out with one. No 357, 0r 50 cal for me, 30 cal will be the biggest I will go ..
My hands are just a lot bigger and I have lost some of the fine motor control to handle the small 177 pellets.
That’s unless I come across a super good deal on a 177 cricket, A steal of a deal… Just do not like fumbling with the 177…

I agree 100%
Even the .22 can be fiddely, trying to load a spring tensioned mag. The .25 has just enough meat that you can get an easy pinch on them.
