Q:

first post .. can i put a .22 barrel on my .177 condor ??

As the title says I am wondering if I can put a.22 barrel on my .177 condor without having to change out the tank . I am new to the condor I picked up a very nice used on locally and would really like to be able to shoot 22 from it as well . It has a 24″ barrel on it right now. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Hi,

I answered to you on your other post

YES you can.

Then you need to figure out what valve you have.
If you have a standard valve, you might want more power with the .22 being heavier so you might want also a hi-Flow valve.
It all depends on your application for the .22.

WOW I really expected more response to this question I have had several people look but no replies . I called air force but the lady on the phone didn’t seem real sure about the answer she gave me. She said I could just change the barrel out with no other modifications but she didn’t sound real sure of her self. I did find some other old post on here that said I have to swap out the spring behind the valve in my tank. So I am assuming that if that’s the case I would have to switch it back every time I want to change out the barrels.
That would prove to be a real pain in the butt.
