Cerakoted ODG Edgun
I’ve always enjoyed customizing my guns, especially quality firearms :winkn: So I finally decided on sending out my r3M/r3 for a new look. So many choices to choose from but I’m happy with the selection so far. After many months I finally received my order neatly packed. During the assembly I noticed a much tighter fit due to the cerakote leaving a thick coating of paint. I’m not complaining, it’s actually a good thing because this will be my woods rifle. However I still do baby all guns but to have the peace of mind knowing cerakote is that durable will leave some room for abuse :biggrinn:
I was like a confused little bitch when it came to which optics to paint so I sent off a Bushnell HD 3×9 duplex, SWFA SS 10X and decided not to go with either one. Now i’m thinking of sending off a Leupold VX-2 3-9×40 LR Duplex Reticle (110801)
I really love this scope and currently have it on my Lelya .22 right now. For a carry gun in the woods, you can’t beat it, but that’s just my opinion after trying 20 different scopes. Extremely light, bright, enough power to reach out with a 2 mil hold over. But once again that can change
While assembling I had issues with leaks and screws being stripped. I’d like to thank Ernest AKA OG for his wealth of knowledge helping me through this venture. I’d also like to thank Donny for pointing out where I can get some parts as well. The stock has been sent off to get hydro dipped and should have it by the end of the month.
I’ll post final images.

Stock was wood. As for the different shades, most likely camera settings.
Thanks for the compliments fellas, I’ll be uploading more pix from different projects π
