Done, now removing the broken rod screw

Thanks, i will try that tonight

Make to take the trigger frame off the gun. I like to rest it flat on a piece of wood with a hole so the pin can have a place to go as I slowly tap it out.

Gerard,

Use a hammer and punch like this one:

I’ve had pretty good luck with this style screw extractor:
http://www.amazon.com/SpeedOut-Damaged-Screw-Extractor-Bolt/dp/B00IRL3WP4/ref=sr_1_1/186-5246923-6760506?ie=UTF8&qid=1418478693&sr=8-1&keywords=stripped+screw+extractor

Before you use it, apply a bunch of penetrating oil (I like Kroil) and let it set overnight. Apply some more right before using the extractor.

If that doesn’t work, you will want to carefully fixture the gun in a mill or drill press and drill the screw out using a well-centered drill that is slightly smaller than the threads minor pitch diameter.

Good luck!
