Get pellet tin lid tighter easily…
Put a single or double wrap of electrical tape around the can’s lip, not the lid, wrap just where the lid slides onto the can. Makes a very nice seal, and tightens up holds on threaded tins as well.

I’m just spit balling here.. Maybe bend the rim of the lid inward very slightly in one spot.. If it’s a tin like JSB comes in with the thin metal.
