Seller not shipping after paypal …….

Does any one have feed back on buying experience from member X SHOT . He replied to my WTB post for a Condor frame . His e mail simpson19179@yahoo.com . After follow up emails and photos I made a paypal for $ 150 as a paypal gift . He was supposed to ship it on the Dec 29th 2014 but has not done till now . I feel some thing is wrong . Appreciate if the veterans can advice on this .
I have bought from Tony , Walkonking , Doug , Tulsa etc in the past but never faced any issues . This is the first time its happening to me here .

Yup! I love the holidays BUT they sure do interfere with our everyday lives! It will be worth the wait when you get your frame.

Reply to jkam your frame has been shipped out today and when we talked i told you the shipping date and i would give you the para cord sling for the delay and my family was coming to Canada so it would be around the first of the year with holidays and then i contacted you and told you they had fight problems you said thanks for letting you know. So if you have a problem with me contact me instead of commenting here on the form. If i was in the US you would already have your frame i am trying to get family to get you the frame. So very sorry any problems this has caused and hope you can reply with a ++ after receiving your frame. 😆

i also sold something around that time and finally shipped it today holidays then snow then like i totally forgot it happens to the best of us.

He’s listed in the members list, joined 10/17/2014.
Have the parts actually shipped? Your wording sounds like they finally did. Maybe he just got caught up in the holidays and was delayed shipping your part/parts.
This is such a great forum and I’d hate to think there is someone here as a member that would rip someone off.

Never heard of him.

Also if you sent the money by PayPal gift you have no recourse in getting your money back…You just gave him a gift.

Hopefully everything works out.
