Condor SS at range (25, 50, 100)
Finally had an uncharacteristically nice day and shot the Condor at range. All shooting was done with power wheel at 2/1, starting 2500 psi, shooting down no lower than 2000psi, with large insert in TalonTunes tophat.
At 25, the H&N Barracudas drop right on top of each other – that’s a 1/4″ black square in the picture (1/4 of a 1″ paster).
At 50, the group opened up a bit, mostly due to the light wind (1″ black square this time). That group measures 1.2″ and would have been smaller in still conditions.
I had high hopes for the JSB Monsters, but they didn’t perform at all – perhaps at higher power setting?
I didn’t bother taking pictures of the 100 yard groups – the wind was playing hell with the pellets and although I got a group on paper, eventually, it was perhaps 8″ horizontal, 2″ vertical.
