PistolPay.com (discussion)
Has anyone used PistolPay.com?
Trying to find a better way to do a transaction than just paypal.
How PistolPay transactions works:
1.PistolPay anonymously takes payment securely from buyer’s checking account or credit card.
2. PistolPay verifies receipt of the buyers funds before approving the transaction.
3.PistolPay holds the funds until the buyer has inspected the item for condition, quality and quantity

Yes it is a good idea, just a bit unproven. I would need to read their terms of service. It does seem unnerving that they have the BBB complaints and they did nothing to rebuttal those complaints to BBB
Good research SECODA ! Kudos to you!
Anyone using Pay Pal is going to have problems making a claim due to the fact that most weapons transactions are against their terms of service and it gives PayPal one more excuse to sieze your account and keeps their funds.
All these payment systems seem to promise big things but come up short when it comes to making a claim or resolving a problem. Your recourse with Pay Pal is a long and difficult battle and you are at their mercy.
Pay Pal is established,,, i can imagine the leap of faith you must make to transact with other services! At least Pistol Pay doesnt violate you for firearm trsnsaction. But they better work on their cred from this BBB example! I would guess that they arent full on trying to defraud but just come up short with what seems likr a good idea.
