Tired of Pumping… tank needed asap

First time poster but have been lurking for a few months- this is an excellent forum. Late last year I purchased a Condor SS in .22 and have been having a blast shooting cans and squirrels with my young sons. The problem is that my kids like to shoot as much as I do, but neither of them are strong or heavy enough to manually pump it back up. As such, it is time for a tank.
Size and weight are of no concern, I simply want a tank that can take my condor up to 2800psi as many times as possible between fill ups. I am a bit overwhelmed at the choices in the market place and figured you guys would know best where to look or what to purchase.
Any feedback would be much appreciated for this very tired dad who is sick of pumping!!

OTHER posters are correct. I started out with an aluminum 3000 psi scuba tank. I went to local scuba shop and explained what i wanted to do. The guy asked me to bring in my gun so he could check it out. I am in NJ anti gun state if there ever was one!
He liked it sold me a tank and gave me a discount on fills because i never emptied the tank like a diver would. You are just topping off a tank from say 2200 psi its quick. He charged my $5 a fill. I then bought a Compressor for home 4500 psi max (shoebox) . I then bought a carbon fiber tank so I could take that in the field. The compressor and the tank are the best but a large investment. My Daystate Air Ranger .22 will shoot a few hundred times with full charged gun and tank. If I could have more targets to shoot than that I would be thrilled to get another tank lol

As you probably already know, there are many choices. 3k,4.5k, aluminum, carbon fiber! First thing you need to figure out where you can get a tank filled in your area without putting a thousand miles on your vehicle. Wouldn’t make too much sense to get a 4500 psi tank if the only place in your area to get it filled will only fill to 3000 psi.
I, myself am a little behind the times, I guess, when it comes to my gun charging “situation”! I have 3 aluminum tanks. One large one that stays at home, one medium tank that goes hunting with me but stays in the truck and a small pony bottle that goes in my backpack.
I charge my gun at home with the big bottle and refill my gun with the pony bottle. The medium bottle is only for backup in case I run the small one down too low to charge my gun.
I used to do a lot of ground squirrel hunting when I lived in California and 3-400 shots in one day was not uncommon. If I’m out tree squirrel hunting with the occasional coyote coming into range, I never even have to refill.
I’m sure you will get a lot of responses to this thread as many members will have different setups and ways of filling their guns.
There is a wealth of information here and I’m sure someone’s sugestion will “fit your bill”!

Both of my local Scuba shops can fill beyond 4000psi, so I am good to go, now just have to make a decision on the tank.
