JDSAirman Regulator
Just received my regulator, very nice craftsmanship! John preassembled the AF adaptor to the regulator. Simple install too! so know I have two gauges one for tank pressure and other for regulated PsI. I thought that was a cool plus. So I’ll be behind my chrony tuning trying different combo with TH inserts and Pw settings. I should get 50-60 shots from 3000psi to 1600psi

Nice rig dude. My regs are 2300 psi and 2 kpsi. Same pw settings and ttth insert. Higher pressure gave higher velocity. Pretty coolto see some one elses numbers with the same rig at different presures. Keep posting your numbers!
10 shot with 18gr JSB, 24″ .22 barrel very happy with my JDS regulator , TT tophat w/small insert, wheel on 0, regulated at 1600psi, getting 45 shot from 2700-1700psi.

COngrats on the JDS setup. They are very good regs and like you said easy to install. Hardest part for me was getting the valve off the tank. Im at work so cant see pics but will look again when I get outa here. The consistancy of velocity should be very well suited for your bench rest. I was getting an 11 fps spread over a 40 shot string then opend up a bit to I think 30? fps after 85 shots. Fingers hurt from pushing pellets at 85 in a row so I stopped.
Keep us posted on the other build and how it all works out on the FT stuff. Your condor should be able to hold its own.
It shoukder fine, tank sits on my shoulder, but it’s primary in a vise for Benchrest competition, I’m going to build a 25 or bigger cal for 75yard extreme Bench rest. Thanks for the heads up on the porn crap

Hey salty, how will you be able to mount that rifle and shoot it with the tank sticking so far beyond the butt stock of the Maddog?? I love the idea of the regulator, but I’ve never considered getting one because the LOP just seemed like it would be too long to be comfortable. Does this work for you, or do you shoot thru a camera or other non-conventional method?
25yd shake down after regulator install, I switched to 15gr JSB, I likey once I zero’d the scope

After having this regulator, i wont have a AF gun without one. The consistency is off the chain!
