Dearest My Uncle :hoot: ….

as my brother Gerard mentioned the working pressure between 220 bar down to 95 bar,,,i got 110 shots with the same working pressure… i tried 220 – 95 bar … but i did few things which i try to post it soon,,, i think maybe because of this i got 10 shots extra …

I think i asked same qquestion last year. ..but i think for each ten shot. (I mean for ex, 900-910 fps or 880-890 fps…etc…) you need to find the suitable reg pressure with proper HST working. …

I got 110 shots with average of 905 fps with JSB 18.13gr….

Is there an Edgun X-tra Long????

110 shots is a lot of shots at 900+ fps. Did you have to fill above 200 bar to achieve that shot count? Or do you feel the cleaning and re-lubing of the regulator helped the gun be more air efficient?

I did get down to 75 bar on .177 and 90 bar on .22 with no problem

Brother!

That surely is usefull information….
I meant by the pressure range “the difference between minimum and maximum pressure you can get regulated shots in between”
I my knowledge it is 100bars…
Any additional thoughts?

Cheers!!

Did reassembling bring you any benefit?

in fact, i really like assembling and disassembling ,,, each time you will he more faster than before,,i think this is the benefit..hahahah,,, Edgun designed to be easily modified by the owners ,,,

i usually enjoy cleaning and modifying my Edgun,,, especially since i bought my air compressor and air cylinder and pumping is no needed,,,i think disassembled three times …and set reg for different pressures and all….i will do whatever comes through my brain :ugeekn:

Did reassembling bring you any benefit?

My Brother ,,,

All Edgun reg set to 130 bars from factory, if you want to know what pressure do you need and you want to set the reg,,you need to buy regulator pressure test ,,,which i don’t think they are available for sell currently …

but what i did,,or what still you can do without reg tester ,,,i marked my reg and i considered that my marked line on the reg is 12 o’clock and i have turned/set to 3 o’clock ,,,then i turned the HST 2 full turned off then turned up step by step the HST each time i turned up a half of 1/4 turn after shooting 3 pellets each time,…

i have marked like this,,,, on the reg body and the reg screw as well…

then turn 1/4 turn ,,,

and you need to clean this washer spring and re-lube with grease … not silicon grease ,, (only the spring washer you need to lube them with grease… )

be careful to not touch that grease with that o-ring …

my brother Richard,,,hope this helped,,,,you need to play with the HST once you did any change to the reg…
