Condor air tanks

What is difference between the mirco meter tank, the regular tank, and the high flow tank ? I’m currently using the high flow with my condor, and had heard that the micro tank can give me more shots. but less power. At this time of seasons I just shoot paper and starlings, so the possibility of 600fps with 14.3gr pellets seem like a no brainer ? Any sugestions would be appreated.
