Daystate Pulsar, 0.22 35 ft-lb
Hi everyone, first post !
Has anyone got one of the new Daystate Pulsars, 0.22 and 35 ft-lb ? If so, how are you getting along with it ? I’m really interested in what sort of accuracy can be expected at 50 yards and whether the shroud tames the noise- or does it still need a muzzle mounted mod ?

You’re welcome. Maybe next time don’t use .co.UK to search on Google.

For how few have hit market I would be concerned to spend an obscene amount of money on anything that wasn’t perfect. Maybe your google search wasn’t that thorough after all?
Thanks for the link to AIRGUN NATION. 🙂

Daystate paying google? That seems to be the trend nowadays in airgun community

Have Googled and found no evidence of Daystate cutting corners, loose wires or any comments re’ Pulsar poor workmanship. :1:
I am curious to know if anyone on this forum has actually bought one and hoped to benefit from their experience. Mine is still on back order.
Those Daystates are fine looking guns, gorgeous, but for the price of them, they shouldn’t be cutting any corners!!! I can take an Airforce gun, upgrade practically everything with the help of experts on here, and it still comes out cheaper than a Daystate. So you can forgive the odd rough edge on an Airforce, but not at Daystate money.
Speaking of quotes from those on other continents…
This is a recent quote that was said to me when I asked about fx barrels…
“FX is very expensive barrels !! And I’m not sure that they heap. Most likely it is a tricky business move.”
I think the problem is all Russian. That nutty SniperQty was on to something when he said that the Europeans were cutting corners in an attempt to try to keep up with cheap Russian labor. Regardless the Russians/ Czech Republic are leading the bullpup race. I cannot imagine spending 3K on a Daystate .22 iphone airgun when there are companies offering guns for half the price or less in some cases.

Welcome Jack-off, always room for another perv from the islands!
We look forward to hearing what you have to say…I just read Daystate was having some quality problems due to interference from profit-minded foreign investors! Just hearsay so far, but you never know what will develop! FX seems to be having quality issues with their Wildcat…must be something going around!

Reports in the uk arnt great tbh more about the finishing off or not finishing off bare end wires stock shift again ect ect check out the daystate groups and daystate Facebook group a lot of unhappy customers real shame another uk company going to pot from foreign investors cost cutting tactics
I saw a very nice brochure Daystate released at a local dealer and the quality looks outstanding as with most Daystates. I’m hoping they do something in the weight department because according to the stats on the brochure the gun weighs in at a hefty 8.5 pounds and that is without scope!!!!
