Two timing scope whore
So arriving today is my Falcon Menace 5.5 – 25X50mm with mm illuminated b20 reticle. A monstrosity at 15 in and a whopping 32oz. It will be given a fair shake.
HOWEVER, after reading many reviews online and taking to heart the first hand knowledge and experiences of the intellectual minds overflowing this site I have also ordered the MTC Viper Connect 3-12X32mm wit AMD reticle and the one piece picatiny topped mount as well. I also managed to find a nice set of low profile 20mm picatiny/weaver to 9-11mm dovetail adapters to mount to the Vulcan..I must say before handling and going strictly off others experiences the Viper will most likely be the choice in the end. Thanks for the thorough reviews and posts on this particular scope. I hadn’t even known of its existence before this knowledge bomb dropped. I am a scope whore, but it’s okay I recognize the problem and am seeking professional help.

FM, yes it does sound like a perfect scope for the Vulcan. I have 2 MTC scopes, 3x12x44 and a 4x16x50 both with SCB reticles. Love them both but , but they’re both big and heavy, but I don’t care as I usually shoot out of my truck window or bench them.
